Nutty Lemon Bliss Ball Recipe

Whether you need a pre yoga boost, a healthy pm snack or an after dinner delight with your cup of herbal tea, bliss balls cover all bases. This recipe is quick, easy  and delicious. Enjoy.


1 cup raw nuts – get creative. 1 cup of mixed raw nuts, or 2 x 1/2 cups of your favourite ones

2 1/2 Cups Coconut thread

8 dates

3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Lemon Zest

5 Tbsp Coconut Oil


1. Add all the ingredients minus the coconut into a food processor and process until well combined. The mixture will form a sticky dough texture.
2.  Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add in the coconut. You can add extra water or lemon juice if you need more moisture in the mix.
2. Shape into a shape of your choosing.
4.  Store in the fridge until serving

Makes 15 – 20 bliss balls
