This 6 week Intermediate Course is for students looking to take their well established yoga practice to the next level. We will play with stronger arm balances, deeper backbends and inversion variations. We will bind, balance, and move through unique sequences to develop strength and increase openness in the body and mind.
Together, we will explore moving towards seamless transitions, guided by a sense of disciplined playfulness, designed to lead your yoga practice forward with confidence. Get ready to grow at your own pace, in a safe and supportive environment.
This course is open for students with a minimum 6 month, weekly practice. In order to give students individual attention spaces are limited.
