Week 1: Circulation for Glowing Skin - Move through an uplifting vinyasa flow sequence that will get your blood flowing and help deliver fresh oxygen and nutrients to your skin cells. Learn which foods support circulation and the removal of waste products your skin doesn't need.
Week 2: Digestion for Clear Skin - Stimulate healthy digestion with a twist focused half vinyasa, half yin flow. Learn what foods aid elimination and encourage fresh, bright skin.
Week 3: Immunity for Strong Skin - Support the immune and lymphatic systems with yin yoga aimed towards healthy, firm skin. Be informed of the essential vitamins and minerals needed for a robust immune system that aids the skins natural defence mechanisms.
Week 4: Respiration for Settled Skin - Ground down with a Hatha yoga class blended with pranayama (breath control) for calm skin. Learn the foods to eat for easeful respiration and skin that's as settled as savasana.
